GET STARTED (THE PROCESS)

STEP 1 – CONSULTATION:

  • Complete the form on this page, call 1-323-510-5430, or email info@jkfcpaco.com to discuss your needs with the Jacob K. Farsakh MBA, CPA & Company.
  • A member of our team will contact you to schedule a free consultation.
  • We will send a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to reviewing your accounting information and books and records.
  • You will send a copy of your accounting file to Jacob K. Farsakh MBA, CPA for further review and analysis.
  • STEP 2 – DISCOVERY:

  • We will schedule a file review with a dedicated CPA to analysis your accounting and discuss your expectations and preferences.
  • We prepare and present various service options in a proposal for your review.
  • You review your proposal for questions or adjustments.
  • You select your service option and accept the agreement.
  • STEP 3 – INTERNAL PREPARATION:

  • Our team gets to work setting up your file and preparing for our partnership.
  • Our Principal Consultant reaches out to schedule the entrance conference.
  • STEP 4 – ENTRANCE CONFERENCE:

  • Join your Principal Consultant on the Getting Started conference call (1-3 hours)
  • Discuss roles and communications.
  • Discuss details on Bank and Credit Card accounts.
  • Discuss details on Accounts Receivable process.
  • Discuss details on Accounts Payable process.
  • Discuss details on Payroll processing.
  • Discuss details on any other accounts or processes.
  • Start creation of Client Procedures Manual (CPM).
  • STEP 5 – ON-BOARDING & SYSTEMS SETUP:

  • Online access to bank accounts
  • Online access to all credit cards.
  • Access to payroll account.
  • Clean up chart of accounts.
  • Clean up balance sheet accounts.
  • Invoicing schedule and processes.

    If Needed:

  • Setup merchant services account.
  • Setup Point of Sale system.
  • Setup ACH account.
  • Set up payroll
  • Perform back work on previous months
  • STEP 6 – WORK BEGINS:

  • Start transaction processing and other daily work.
  • Perform back work on previous months.
  • Continuously communicate with client liaison.
  • Reports are sent to client.
